Jeremy saved our day office lady was also very nice she got us full coverage through our insurance for a tow that was 2.5 hours. That originally was only going to cover 15 miles. When my car just decided to not turn on again at a rest area! He was quick and efficient when it came to business and even gave us a ride to the dealership since we were stranded! He was our guardian angel today! Thanks again Jeremy!!

Jeremy was very quick and helpful with getting into my van after my friend lost my keys and we were locked out of it in a remote location. He easily found us within less than hour after the tow was scheduled. He then got me and the van back to a location where I could get a new key made. I would use budget towing again for any towing needs in the gorge, Vancouver, and Portland area.

Highly recommend! David from BTR provided a outstanding level of customer service in a tricky situation with our EV. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, careful, and communicated well with us from booking to trouble-shooting through drop off at the shop. Earlier in the day, we had turned away another unprepared towing company with horrible service, so it's good to know David is out there next time we have a vehicle problem.

They were used for a Geico roadside assistance and were fantastic. Jeremy was extremely friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to research how to best take care of our vehicle. Our vehicle's wheels were completely locked and stuck in park. He found out how to get it into neutral and release the auto park break. Vehicle made it to it's destination safely and secure. Highly recommend

Used Budget to tow our F-350 with a destroyed engine back home from the shop. Noah was the guy who helped me out and was a great communicator along the way working out the details and got payment over the phone so I didn't have to be there, as we were just heading out on a trip. Got the job done for a good price and even dealt with my girlfriend's verbally abusive/aggressive dad when he got there. If he can handle an F-350 AND the angry dad, he can certainly tow your vehicle like a pro! 😉

David was amazing! After being told my car needed to be towed because battery problem was more extensive (computer issue with car), Budget Towing was called. David came out, on time, and went to try to charge it as had the other service provider. He was able to charge it up and was so knowledgeable about my car. He was very patient and kind as I had accidentally turned the car off so he had to charge it again! I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially for people like me who know nothing about cars and don’t want to.
